Mike Ben Ari

Mike Ben-Ari (Greenfield) – Chairman of the Board

Mike has over 25 years’ experience in the international financial services industry, bringing together management, financial and banking skills tuned in previously held positions. He founded Ever Green Fields Enterprises in 1999, naming the company after his late father, Judge Leslie H. Greenfield, and childhood name which he hebraicized upon making Aliyah in 1981. Prior to EGFE, he held management positions in Bank Leumi, Israel’s second largest bank, and in Supersol, Israel’s second largest supermarket chain. He holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Tel Aviv University and a BA from Brandeis University.

Mike has served as a director on behalf of his clients in several companies, including: Brainstorm, Smart Energy Solutions and Energtek.


Michal Mansano – Office Manager

Michal’s background is in office management, business development and client care. Born and raised in South Africa, some of Michal’s previous positions include office manager at Doc Authority, customer relations manager at Axentia Wealth Management, and a corporate sales agent at NetGifts in South Africa. As EGFE’s office manager, Michal is responsible for all administrative matters, office operations and numerous other functions at EGFE.


Tali Bar-Gil – Investor Relations Manager

Tali has a B.Sc. in Biology, an M.Sc. in Medical Sciences and a teaching diploma, all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is also a Shiatsu and Acupuncture therapist. Tali’s previous positions include R&D in biology and chemistry, teaching, therapist at Clalit Health Services.

Born in the U.S. and raised in both Israel and the UK, Tali is fluent in Hebrew, English & French.

Tali is Investor Relations Manager at EGFE, and her job includes introducing potential clients to investment opportunities, supporting existing investors and liaising with Fund and Project managers.


Eliaou Perez – Accounting Manager

Eliaou has a B.A. in finance and accounting from Paris Val de Marne University, and an M.A. in finance and accounting from the I.C.S. Begue, Paris (1992). He has 20 years’ experience working in the financial departments of several French – international companies including Dassault Systemes, Servair-Air France Group and Sogaris (logistic real estate), where he led the closing, managed teams and prepared the financial reports. Eliaou is an expert in migration of accounting information systems, data bases and ERP management projects. In 2014, he made Aliyah to Israel with his wife and three children.


Omri Lendler - Alternative Fund Analyst

Omri is currently finishing his B.A degree in Business Administration and the second year of Accounting B.Acc. at Tel Aviv University.  He is also a member of the Coller School of Management Capital Market Club.

Omri was born in Jerusalem and raised in Tel Mond. Omri was a combat soldier in the IDF. Since his early teens Omri has been passionate about the financial world, reading and learning much about its rules and riddles including actively investing since a young age. He is fluent in Hebrew, English and Hungarian.

At EGFE he functions as an analyst reviewing different investment and is part of the sales team.


Danielle Segev – Systems Manager

Danielle studied marketing and interior design and held management roles in real estate, media and marketing companies. She built a successful corporate gifts company servicing some of the top banks and insurance companies across South Africa.

In 2018 Danielle made aliya with her husband and children and shortly after joined the EGFE team.
